Chia Seeds

Recommended Servings
  • 1-2 tablespoon(s) per day

  • To make chia gel Mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 1 cup of water and leave for 1-2 minutes.

    Chia can be mixed in any preferred food or drink and can be eaten raw, hydrated or cooked.
